Works (J.C.W) is a women and minority owned recruiting firm based in Los Angeles. The founders are both minority women with a passion to gain traction for women and minorities within the technology industry. Today, both groups are drastically repressed in the technology industry, and J.C.W. wants to change that narrative. Our objective is to partner with startups and corporations to provide talented, qualified women and minorities in the technology industry. Our network is growing with a significance of electrical, mechanical and software engineers to actively or passively explore opportunities, discuss the next generation technologies, or share coding skills to others.
